The race to pick a running mate for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) Bola Tinubu has begun after his emergence at the special convention of the party on Wednesday in Abuja.
With the current calculations, Tinubu might pick his running mate from the North, but the issue of religion will play a key factor in the political decision.
Tinubu who is a Muslim is likely to choose a Christian running mate as many believe he cannot run a Muslim-Muslim ticket. However, the choice of Christian partner from the north is becoming a huge task.
