Super Eagles of Nigeria defeated the Squirrels of Benin Republic 1- 0 yesterday evening in Charles De Gaulle stadium for the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
They already qualified before the match as the Nigerian senior football national team picked the ticket after Sierra Leone played a goalless draw against Lesotho on Saturday afternoon.
The result gave the three time African champions 8points with 4points ahead of third placed Sierra Leone.
Super Eagles will play with Crocodiles of Lesotho at the Teslim Balogun stadium on Tuesday in Lagos.
