As Anambra governorship poll is around the corner and politicians are beginning to stand on the soap box to take the baton from Governor Willie Obiano, the All Progressives Congress(APC) has announced that its expression of interest and nomination forms will be available for prospective aspirants from April 16 to June 8.
The party said that nomination form will be given at N20million while expression of interest form costs N2.5 million, totalling N22.5 million.
However, the party through Director of Organisation, Prof. Al-Mustapha, Ussiju Medaner, said physically challenged aspirants would pay 50% of the prescribed fees for the position.
Prof. Ussiju added that the screening of aspirants would hold on June 10 and primary election on June 26.
TOS News reported that People’s Democratic Party(APC) has concluded it screening ,headed by Idris Wada on Tuesday at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja and aspirants are considering consensus arrangement before the primary election scheduled for June 26.
