The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chief Victor Ike Oye, has said “it is only death that can separate the party (APGA) from Anambra state, no matter the plots by the opposition to capture the state in the forthcoming November 6 governorship election.
Oye noted that APGA has come to stay in Anambra state and that the people are happy because APGA government has performed creditably well since its inception in the state.
According to him, the citizenry should understand why APGA is the last bus stop for them because APGA government has entrenched watertight security, paid workers’ salaries promptly, paid pensions promptly, built an international airport, built an international convention centre, built an international stadium together with other monumental projects. He added that the candidate of the party, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo will crown it all by turning Anambra state into the Silicon Valley of Africa.
Oye maintained that Anambra does not need anything from the centre; he said everything that is required to develop the state resides in the state.
He stated unequivocally that Governor Willie Obiano has performed creditably well but Soludo, according to him, will perform excellently well.
He said anybody planning evil against Anambra state will not succeed because Anambra is APGA and APGA is Anambra. Oye said Professor Soludo is a consultant to 42 countries of the world and international institutions, noting that his pedigree is second to none.
Oye believes that very soon the APC and the PDP will go into an irreversible coma and consequent death while APGA becomes the ultimate undertaker. He maintained that it is practically impossible to capture millions of Ndi-Anambra as purportedly claimed by despotic desperate politicians.
