President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with Yahaya Bello, governor of Kogi, at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Bello is one of the presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) participating in today’s primary.
On Monday, the Kogi governor did not attend the northern governors’ meeting with Buhari.
According to Nasir el-Rufai, governor of Kaduna, Bello didn’t align with the position of his counterparts on power shift to the south.
The media was also awash with a video where Governor Bello displayed perturbation after a meeting with his counterparts over power shift come 2023.
