Nigerian veteran singer, Charles Oputa also known as Charly Boy has urged Nigerian youths to involve in politics to secure their future and reform the current political structure in the country.
The biker revealed this in a conversation with newsmen on the sideline of his arrival reception from the United Kingdom by his fans in Lagos.
The father of five stated that Nigerian youths should not give up the fight for a better government because the situation in the government has not changed.
He said, “Don’t shy away from politics but rather get into it, because it is your future. The youths must not allow anyone shave their hair when they aren’t there.
“If the youths are worried about their future, they must start to organise themselves by being involved in politics and stop agonising about their future.”
The singer stated that when the youths pull their strengths together, they will have the power to change the present system of governance and achieve better things for themselves.
He added that the youths must be bold and find various mediums to motivate one another.
