Hon. Justice Taiwo Taiwo of Federal High Court, Abuja cleared Eileen Momoh, the wife of the Former Managaing Director of Pipelines Product and Marketing Company (PPMC), Prince Haruna Momoh, of 22 counts of fraud and money laundering.
In a two hours judgment that was delivered on Thursday, June 9th 2022, Justice Taiwo Taiwo removed the Caveat on company Assets and the Post No Debit on the company bank accounts.
