Ikpeazu vows to complete on-going road projects

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has said that all the 25 roads currently being constructed by his administration in Aba would be completed this year.
He stated this while commissioning the Owerri Road by Okigwe and the Udeagbala Road rehabilitated by his government in Aba.
According to him, a total of 47 roads were being handled simultaneously in various parts of the state and assured that more roads would be completed.

He made public that full rehabilitation work would soon commence on the Ohanku, Ibere and Obohia roads, and pointed out that he was in government to serve the people and called on Abians to remain calm over the Appeal Court verdict against him as nobody could steal his mandate, but rather to support his administration to succeed.The Commissioner for Works, Hon Eziuche Ubani assured of the durability of the roads, which were done using cement technology adopted by the Governor.
