Lagos state, which concluded the first phase of COVID vaccination campaign on April 13, is to commence the second dose of the Covid-19 Vaccine on Friday, May 28, at the 88 sites.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Chairman, Committee on Infectious Diseases, Nigerian Medical Association, Dr. Japhet Olugbogi on Friday in Lagos State.
According to the statement, “residents who lost their cards should report at their initial site and provide their dates of vaccination. A new Barcode will be issued for them.”
He also asked residents to endeavor to get second shots of the COVID-19 vaccine, noting that the vaccine is safe and the process, smooth and fast.
