At a time when Nigerians are expecting President Muhammadu Buhari to name his new cabinet members, the President on Thursday, July 11, disclosed that he is under tremendous pressure, and that he did not know majority of his Ministers who worked with him in the last tenure.
Buhari, who made this known during a meeting with the Leadership of the National Assembly, at Aso Rock, Abuja, said that his party imposed them on him.
Speaking on the Ministerial list, the President stated that he is under pressure.
“I am very much aware about it, and I am under tremendous pressure on it.
“The last cabinet which I had, most of them, a majority of them I did not know.
“I had to accept their names and recommendation from the party. I worked with them for three and a half years”, President Buhari said.
