Newly Appointed Ministers: Nigerians react, query some alloted portfolios, commend Buhari for the creation of new Ministries

Barely a few minutes after President Muhammadu Buhari assigned portfolios to the newly inaugurated Ministers, a cross-section of Nigerians have taken to their various Twitter handles to react to the portfolios and creation of new Ministries.

Recall, that the President on Wednesday, August 21, assigned portfolios to his 43 Ministers, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

TOS TV earlier reported that the President unbundled the Ministry of Power Works and Housing, while that of Finance was merged with the Ministry of Budget and National Planning.

The Ministry of Special Duties/International Affairs was created, and also the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs/Disaster Management & Social Development was created

The Ministry of Police Affairs replaced the Police Service Commission.
