Super Eagles’ head coach, Gernot Rohr has expressed that his focus is now on the world cup qualifiers, having qualified for the 2021 African Cup of Nation. He also hinted that it is too late to take new players as it is now a very serious World Cup qualifiers
The German professional football manager who said the record of the Eagles during the AFCON qualifiers was good, also expressed optimism that the squad will perform excellently well during the world cup qualifiers.
“The record of our result is very good and I know that we were not beaten in all our AFCON qualifiers which is very good.
“The World Cup qualifiers will start soon and I think we will be able to do well,” he said.
