Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu; Wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Naomi Adeyeyeand and other guests attended the interment service for the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, late Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, on Friday at the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Ikotun-Egbe, Lagos.
Akeredolu took the first reading from 1 Corinthians 15: 51-57. Ondo State Government House Choir also performed at the interment service.
Governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu was represented by the commissioner for home affairs, Prince Olanrewaju Elegushi.
Legendary flutist, Tee Mac also delivered a soul-searching performance of ‘Amazing Grace’ at the occasion.
Also among guests was His Royal Majesty King Willard Mswati Gomani from Malawi. A short clip which gave detailed remarkable events in the late Prophet’s life was played for congregants at the internment service. The clip also shows the humble beginnings of the SCOAN.
TB Joshua, a native of Arigidi, Ondo State died on the 5th of June, a week before his 58th birthday. The interment service held a day after the lying-in-state ceremony on Thursday. SCOAN shared pictures of attendees on its official Facebook page.
