Hope seems to be coming gradually to the victims who lost their goods in the Katina central market inferno outbreak as the former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has pledged a sum of fifty million naira respite.
The national leader of the APC who was received by Governor Aminu Masari on a visit to Katsina State made this pledge on Wednesday ,during his visit to empathize with the affected individuals.
The politician encouraged the victims to summon courage, stating that life must go on.
Katsina Central Market was gutted by fire in the early hours of Monday. Over one hundred shops were razed by the fire.
