The Federation International Football Association (FIFA), has slammed a life ban on former Nigerian Coach, Samson Siasia.
TOS TV gathered that in addition, Siasia was fined $50,000, for agreeing to ‘the manipulation of matches’.
Recall, that Siasia was the Coach of Nigeria, between 2010 – 2011, and was given another appointment in 2016.
He was also the Coach of the Under-20 and Under-23 football teams.
Although, FIFA did not state when he committed the infractions, it however, said that the ex-Nigerian International Football Star has been notified today.
Siasia is the third African to be banned by FIFA. Former Sierra Leone Football Association (FA) Official, Abu Bakarr Kabba, and former Botswana FA Official, Mooketsi Kgotlele, were suspended in July, for five years and for life, respectively.
